Welcome to Arsunda In-Home Services.
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definition
1.1. "Company" refers to Arsunda In-Home Services, its employees, agents, and affiliates.
1.2. "Client" refers to the individual or entity receiving the services.
1.3. "Services" refers to the in-home support, maintenance, and other offerings provided by the Company.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Services will be provided as outlined in the agreement or booking confirmation.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to modify or refuse services if they fall outside the agreed scope or are deemed unsafe.
2.3. Any additional services requested by the Client may incur additional charges and must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Bookings and Appointments
3.1. All appointments must be scheduled in advance via the Company's official communication channels.
3.2. Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
3.3. Changes or cancellations to appointments must be made at least 5 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Fees for services will be disclosed at the time of booking or as per the service agreement.
4.2. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 30% per month.
4.4. Additional costs, such as materials or specialized tools, will be billed separately and require prior approval from the Client.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The Client must ensure that the service area is safe and accessible.
5.2. The Client is responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables during service appointments.
5.3. Any pets or children must be supervised or removed from the service area to ensure safety.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.2. While the Company takes all reasonable precautions, it is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
6.3. Liability for damages directly caused by the Company’s negligence will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1. The Company guarantees that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. 7.2. Any issues with service quality must be reported within 30 days of completion. The Company will address valid concerns at no additional charge. 7.3. Warranties do not apply to issues caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications made by the Client after the service.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
8.1. The Company will handle Client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.
8.2. The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of the Company to third parties.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 5 days.
9.2. The Company may terminate services immediately if the Client engages in abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.
10. Governing Law
10.1. The laws of the USA govern these terms.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before escalating to litigation.
11. Amendments
11.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes in writing.
11.2. Continued use of the Company’s services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
