Some services may incur additional costs beyond the membership fee.
1. Cancellation by Member
Members may cancel within 30 days of enrollment for a prorated refund if no included services have been used.
If services have already been performed within the first 30 days, cancellation is permitted, but the cost of those services will be deducted from any eligible refund.
After 30 days, the membership fee is non-refundable, except where required by California law.
2. Cancellation by Arsunda
Arsunda reserves the right to cancel a membership if:
The Member engages in fraudulent or abusive use of the plan,
Unsafe or hazardous conditions at the property prevent service, or
The Member fails to comply with plan responsibilities (e.g., providing access, repeated missed appointments).
In such cases, Arsunda may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the membership, minus the cost of any services already provided.
3. Automatic Renewal
All memberships renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Members will be notified prior to renewal, and payment will be charged automatically if enrolled in auto-pay.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
Arsunda is not responsible for delays caused by the Member’s bank or payment provider.
5. Service Area Changes
If a Member moves outside of Arsunda’s service area during the coverage period, they may cancel and request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the membership.
6. California Consumer Rights
This policy is designed to comply with the California Business & Professions Code and Consumer Protection Laws. Nothing in this policy affects a Member’s statutory rights.
