Arsunda Return & Refund Policy

At Arsunda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may return products or request service-related adjustments.
1. Returns for Products (Physical Equipment Only)
We accept returns for eligible, unused products sold directly by Arsunda (e.g., cameras, intercoms, access control hardware, etc.) under the following conditions:
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
Condition: Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items/services are not eligible for return:
Installed equipment (once installation is complete)
Labor or service charges
Custom-ordered or special-request products
Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper installation (not performed by Arsunda)
3. Service Adjustments or Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a service performed (installation, maintenance, panel upgrade, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of the completed service. We will:
Offer a free inspection to address concerns
Provide reasonable adjustments or corrections, if an error or fault is confirmed on our side
Refund part or full labor charges at our discretion, depending on the issue
4. Warranty Claims
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Arsunda can assist you in initiating a claim, but final decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s policy.
Arsunda also offers optional service warranty plans, which are governed by separate terms.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Complaint
Please email us at arsunda.services@gmail.com or call 916-539-6456 with the following:
Your name and contact info
Order number or service ID
Reason for return or issue
Supporting photos, if applicable
6. California Residents' Rights
Under California Civil Code Section 1723, retailers must clearly post their return policy. If no policy is posted, customers may return most new, unused items within 30 days, unless exceptions apply.
We comply fully with all California Consumer Protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
