At Arsunda, we believe in clear communication and straightforward service. This page explains the terms that apply when a customer requests, approves, or allows us to perform work at their home or property.
By booking service, approving an estimate, signing a proposal, sending written approval, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these service terms.
By requesting service from Arsunda, you authorize us to inspect, diagnose, repair, install, replace, or otherwise perform the agreed work at your property.
By approving service, you agree to the quoted or discussed pricing, including any applicable:
Customer approval may be given by any of the following:
Inspection, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and service call fees are earned once the visit is performed and are non-refundable.
Pricing is based on the original agreed scope of work. If additional problems, hidden damage, code issues, access issues, customer-requested additions, or unforeseen conditions are discovered, additional charges may apply.
Whenever reasonably possible, Arsunda will communicate scope and price changes before proceeding.
Certain jobs may require a deposit before scheduling, ordering materials, or starting work. Deposits may be required for:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the approved work. For larger projects, payment may be due in stages according to the estimate, proposal, or invoice.
Any work outside the original approved scope is considered additional work and may be billed separately.
Arsunda is not responsible for concealed conditions, pre-existing damage, outdated wiring or plumbing, structural defects, code violations from prior work, manufacturer defects, or unrelated failures not included in the approved scope.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. The customer also agrees to secure pets, remove obstacles if needed, and disclose known issues that may affect the work.
Materials purchased or ordered specifically for a customer or project may be non-refundable once purchased, delivered, or installed.
If a service visit or scheduled project is canceled or rescheduled after materials are purchased, labor time is reserved, or travel is committed, charges may apply.
Once the approved work has been completed, the customer agrees to pay the final invoice balance according to the stated invoice terms.
By requesting, scheduling, approving, or using Arsunda Home Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and to the pricing for your requested service.
